Community Mailboxes (CBU)
Mailbox & Sign Solutions is an officially licensed and authorized USPS Approved Cluster Mailboxes.

The Standard Cluster Box Unit and Regency® Decorative Cluster Mailbox manufactured by Salsbury Industries provide USPS access and offer a secure means of receiving mail and packages. Constructed of heavy-duty aluminum and stainless-steel hardware, the Salsbury Cluster Mailbox 3300 Series is an excellent choice for durability. Each numbered aluminum door includes a heavy duty five (5) pin cylinder cam lock with a dust/rain shield and three (3) keys. One additional compartment in each CBU mailbox is labeled “Outgoing Mail” and includes a weather protection flap and an 11-3/4” W x 3/4” H mail slot with an anti-fish plate on the rear of the mail slot to prevent tampering.

Each Cluster Box Unit and Outdoor Parcel Locker includes one or more fully integrated parcel lockers and a matching pedestal. The Outdoor Parcel Lockers are accessed from the front through one or two (2) easy to open master doors. Each compartment features a double latch locking system to provide maximum security. The durable and corrosion resistant units feature a powder coated finish available in five (5) contemporary colors.

Salsbury Industries is officially licensed and authorized by the U.S. Postal Service to manufacture Cluster Box Units (CBU’s.) The Salsbury Standard Cluster Mailbox and Regency® Decorative CBU Type I, Type II, Type III, Type IV, Type V, Type VI and Outdoor Parcel Lockers (OPL’s) are all licensed and approved by the U. S. Postal Service. Salsbury CBU’s are manufactured to U.S.P.S. “F” specifications.

When you set up your Cluster Mailbox the local post office will install an “Arrow Lock.” This lock is used for the local postmaster to open the unit and deliver the mail. When the U.S. Postal Service delivers a package to the parcel locker, a parcel locker key is placed in the recipient’s mailbox. Once the recipient opens the parcel locker, the key is automatically retained in the lock until it is removed with the USPS control key.

Design-Build-Install Service

We can help land developers to select and design a streetscape theme for a community including street signs, entrance plaque and mailbox system prior to its development. We will then design, build and install the entrance, wayfinding and street signs for the community on the land developer’s schedule. Once construction begins; our team will help the builder’s purchasing department to select or match the correct mailbox and address plaque combination for the community or project.

We will then stock the parts and materials necessary to build the mailboxes and address plaques on an as needed basis. When each home or project comes to completion, we will install the mailbox and address plaques according to the builder’s install schedule.

Entrance Monument Signs

We can help builders and land developers to select and design an entrance monument theme for a community including the entrance monument sign, street signs, and mailbox systems prior to its development. We will then design, build and install the entrance, wayfinding and street signs for the community on the land developer’s schedule. 

Once construction begins; our team will help the builder’s purchasing department to select or match the correct mailbox and address plaque combination for the community or project.

Homeowner Associations (HOA) Mailbox Repair and Replacements

We service, manufacture, and install a great variety of curbside mailbox systems. Our mailbox builders will create your mailbox built to order. Our factory certified mailbox installers will come directly to your home to install the mailboxes for you. Terms of Service

Mailbox & Sign Solutions, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of VATOS Drywall, Inc. All retail orders must be prepaid prior to commencement. Custom commercial projects require 50 % deposit prior to commencement on all orders. Net 30 terms will be offered to accounts purchasing more than $10,000 per month. Lead time as follows. Retail repairs & installs (7-14-day lead time). Builder’s Address plaques should be ordered prior to scheduling (7-21-day lead time). Mailbox installation (7-14-day lead time) CBU orders (7-28-day lead time). Custom sign orders (28-day lead time).
